Has anyone else received this???? The survey was fine, very basic - only 7 questions. Then, for doing the survey, you are entitled to a $50 credit. But to receive this, you have to provide all your credit/debit card details, including your password, plus your driver's license details. Far too much information was required for my liking www.mcdvoice.com survey, so just closed it down. Surely they would be better to just post you out a voucher or do they think folk are silly enough to provide all those details or do they hope they are like me, refuse to provide them, hence saving them the $50
