The footers are in, and the block work is scheduled for Monday. The garage is a two-car 25x29 w/ a 6x10 bump-out. My builder wants to know if I want an epoxy floor coating. This isn't a "What epoxy?" epoxy flooring lake havasu, but "Why?" I've never had a finished garage floor. I don't have any welding equipment (nor will there be any welding in the garage). Nor am I concerned about the occasional oil spill. I mean, it's a garage after all. Besides looks, and protection from welding, what's the big deal? Am I missing something (probably! Ha)?
