The flow regulation of the metering pump depends on the rotation of the adjusting handwheel, driving the adjustment screw to rotate, so as to change the spacing between the arch connecting rod, and change the piston (piston) in the pump chamber to determine the size of the flow. Adjusting the scale of the handwheel determines the plunger stroke with 95% accuracy.

Any air source pressure is not high enough, whether mechanical or test device, can be used booster pump. Gas driven, no arc and spark, * for flammable, explosive liquid or gas places. No matter what causes the pressure of the holding circuit to drop, the booster pump will automatically start to supplement the leakage pressure and keep the loop pressure constant. Compressed air, nitrogen, water steam, natural gas, etc. can be used as the driving air source of the pump.

Dosing pumps, also known as quantitative pumps or proportional pumps, belong to reciprocating positive displacement pumps, which are used for accurate metering and usually require stability accuracy of no more than ±1%. With the continuous development of modern industry towards automated operation and remote automatic control, its strong compatibility and extensive advantages of adapting to the medium (liquid) are particularly apparent.
