Living a minimal lifestyle pushes you to be present. You become liberated and may stop living in the past when you get rid of things that are connected to old memories. You may start living in the now once the past loses its influence.
2. Smile
There are many options every day! Start things off by grinning. Every morning, you have power over your mood; keep it upbeat and hopeful. If you make it a point to do it, you'll discover that you automatically do it every day.
Take in as much of today as you can, including all the sights, sounds, scents, feelings, joys, and sorrows. These are all around us, yet we often overlook them or fail to appreciate them fully.
4. forget old wrongs
Choose to forgive and move on if you are holding grudges towards another person due to previous wrongs. Although they caused the hurt, you are responsible for letting it affect your emotions today. Allow yourself to let go and choose to be in the now.
5. adore your work
You are squandering 71% of your life (5/7 days) if you just "survive" the workweek while impatiently waiting for the weekend to "arrive." There are two ways to fix this: either look for a new profession that you genuinely love, or identify a positive aspect of your present line of work.
6. Dream about the future, but put in a lot of effort now.
Aim high. Future-oriented planning should be made. But the first step to achieving your goals tomorrow is always working hard now. Don't let thinking about tomorrow take the place of present-day life. Future-focused thinking is only useful in conjunction with current actions.
