Some tickets on Southwest Airlines are not refundable. The Wanna Get Away and Business Select fares are totally refundable and reusable when a Southwest Airlines flight is cancelled, but not the Wanna Get Away fare.
If a flight is cancelled by Southwest Airlines, a refund for the unused portion of the ticket will be given.
Refundable tickets that don't have any restrictions can be used for future travel or for the cancellation of a flight reservation within a year of the date of issuance.
The initial form of payment will be credited with all initial flight refunds.
