Organic food, healthy and sustainable. Does it really true?

Organic Food is claimed that it is a sustainable and healthy farming practice. So much scientific research already proved the benefits of organic farming but another group of scientists does not accept it as they think that organic and non-organic farming both are good if they are practiced properly.

Anyway, it is still a discussion point and will be for some years.

But I checked recently a lentils it is organic arhar dal that I bought online. It really feels different while cooking and eating other than conventional pulses.

Has anyone of you ever tried organic food? Please share your opinion on this topic.

Overall, is it better to eat organic? Organic diets we know lead to less pesticide and antibiotic exposure, but nutritionally, they are about the same. In addition, there's no evidence of clinically relevant differences between organic and conventional milk.
