Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus is a disorder in which the kidneys fail to respond to antidiuretic hormones. as a result of kidney damage or taking certain medications, such as lithium, which is a drug used in patients with mental health problems.

Dipsogenic Diabetes Insipidus, which is caused by abnormalities in the mechanisms involved in thirst within the brain.
