im new to iptv (like brand new, literally found out about this stuff over the weekend) I live in USA, are there any legal issues to something like this? would i need to use a VPN? Will it work with kodi, or an app that allows urls for streaming (apps usually ask for a m3u or m3u8 file type playlist)
