There are probably very few homes in the city that are that large. Clearly any of the established neighborhoods would be out of your price range and owners wouldn't be happy with your use case. The more affordable neighborhoods have modest lots and smaller homes, so you are pretty much left with some parts of western addition and the Mission where old mansions existed. Trouble is that most of them were chopped up into apt buildings decades ago.
