Tech Leads Glassdoor’s 100 Best Places To Work This Year
28 of the top 100 places to work in 2021 are tech companies, nearly 3X the number of companies in the next closest industry, retail.
Bain & Company is the best place to work this year, according to Glassdoor's Best Places to Work in 2021 survey.
Apple, Bain & Company and Google have been on every one of Glassdoor's Best Places to Work lists since it was created 13 years ago.
Box, Equinix, PayPal and RingCentral are included for the first time in Glassdoor's Best Places to Work rankings.
Salesforce is the only employer to appear on all five lists of the best companies to work for this year (U.S. large companies, Canada, France, Germany and the U.K.).
These and many other fascinating findings are from Glassdoor's Best Places to Work 2021 Employee's Choice Awards announced today. During the year-long eligibility period, employers considered for the large list must have received at least 75 ratings and employers considered for the small & medium list must have received at least 30 ratings, respectively, for each of the eight workplace attributes (overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend and six-month business outlook) taken into account as part of the awards algorithm.
