Hello friends,
If it is pulsing magenta that usually means there is an issue getting an internet connection from your internet modem. 3) check to make sure there is a cat 5e cable from your internet modem and your Orbi WAN port. 4) pull the power cords for your internet modem and Orbi router and leave unplugged for a minute.
