HOW THERAPEUTIC CANNABIS WORKS

If cannabis is able to act in the body it is because its cannabinoids resemble substances produced by the body itself. Because they are similar, they attach themselves to the same cell receptors. These endogenous substances are the endocannabinoids, the most important of which is anandamide (ananda means "rapture" or "happiness" in Sanskrit).

The difference is that while anandamide acts only for a few moments, cannabinoids act more intensely for several days. This is because they accumulate in the adipose tissue, from where they gradually pass into the liver and blood. Once inside the body, they act on cells with the right receptors, called CB1 and CB2, which are abundant in neurons.

The action of cannabinoids on different areas of the brain explains why they are effective in treating the side effects of chemotherapy. When they act on the basal ganglia they reduce tremors, spasms and other movement disorders; in the hypothalamus they open up the appetite; and in the "core of the solitary tract" they control nausea and vomiting.

I've been using cannabis for over a year now. During that time my well-being has improved considerably. I like this product.

If you need to start growing cannabis, the fact that the amount of light the plant gets is very important, you need to make the grow tent. Light leaks during dark periods will confuse your plants and may cause them to produce male flowers or revert to another stage.
